We hope to see you among us. facility was definitely not a very impressive site at first glance. The sheer size of it may have been grand and imposing, but the exterior was a cracked and faded gray paint with crumbling red brick showing through here and there. The wings, separated into two full, long rectangles, were uninspired at best; the middle being something of an oval that divided them. The middle of the institution was about six stories high, where as the wings were only three. The right wing was marginally better looking than the rest of the building; you've been told that it was from a fire that happened there many years ago. As for the architecture, perhaps it was something influenced by German design, even in this very English area.
These are some ground rules for the Asytalia, the Asylum of Hetalia. Please read the following, entering the Forum is your way of accepting the rules. If you have any questions or concerns about any of the rules let me know. Thank you.
RESPECT EVERYONE. Do not cause problems if you are asked to do a task, decline politely or do what you are told. We do not discriminate based on nationality, gender, age, believes... etc.
BE ACTIVE. We do not have time for ghosts. If you are gonna be absent please say so... and mention for how long. If you join the forum and never post once your account will be deleted without warning. Accounts will be cleaned off every months, around the last days of each month.] will be warned, if you do not answer, actively participate or post... you will be deleted.
BE POLITE. Please do not use foul language. Some is permitted but the constant use of foul language will get you booted. Insult can be made towards a character but not a Role-player, real life problems we all have them, big or small, so do not aim your insults at the puppeteers [Members] only the puppets [Characters]
RESTRAIN FROM WELDING WEAPONS. No Weapons, no magic [but you can pretend to have magic, but no magic capacities, example; Arthurs' "Magic skills" he thinks he has magic because of his overly huge imagination] NO GOD-MOBBING or Godly powers will be tolerated, or it will be automatic booting from the forum. I'm serious!
YAOI RULE This is a N-18 yaoi rp forum, Hentai and Yuri are un-permitted and will be until further notice. This said, NO FEMALE characters, for those that wish to take a female character of Hetalia, turn her into a him. Example: Male!Belarus, Male!Ukraine. (and if you dont like it, you dont have to join, or go with a character that already is male) You then find the human name, a list has also been done with some names for the Characters. The official characters cant change their name, but the unofficial characters' names can be changed if you do not like the one I have found already for you.
NO NOOBS If you never rp before and want to learn ask but be polite, other members that do know how to rp don't have to help you because you ask. Also be patient, because not everyone will be willing to help or will have time to teach you how to rp in the Hetalia World.
Writing RULE This is a writing Rp, so the name says it, NO small texts. Your characters' sheet and post must be interesting to read. Either go with quantity over quality or Quality over quantity... but you MUST have a minimum of one full paragraph [six or eight lines minimum] in your text for the rp posts. Please, write correctly, we dont want SMS messages,
A constant disregard for the rules will not only get you booted from the forum, but banned and removed definatly. We will not waste time dealing with rule breakers. The rules are final, breaking them will result in disciplinary actions. If you feel you have been wrongfully blamed for something please send me an MP [PRIVATE MESSAGE], we will organize a meeting to see if you were wrongfully blamed or not, you will be defending yourself vs. the people accusing you. I will judge.
